Urlee O’Donnell – Artist’s Statement: Colors and shapes and textures in nature inspire my paintings. Old tools, old cottages and barns, interesting flowers and vegetables, locomotives, seascape and landscape are my recurring themes. I work in watercolor, pen and ink, collage, mixed water-media, acrylic, and yupo. It’s always exciting to try new artist materials. There is nothing like a new paint brush!
