Join us for a hands-on iPhone photography class with Williamsburg-based travel photographer, Caroline Maryan. Whether the iPhone is your only camera..or not..you'll be amazed at what you can capture with it. All it takes is some knowledge and practice.
Working with the Camera app that comes with the iPhone, we'll start with the basics, learning what the various camera buttons, dials, and settings control. Then, we will dive into the modes before moving on to learning and practicing advanced techniques. Finally, we will touch on simple editing.
Throughout the afternoon, you will pick up tips and tricks to improve your iPhone photography and leave feeling inspired to use your iPhone for more than a messaging device. You will also take home handouts with suggestions for practice that will keep your learning on track.
Students will need to bring their iPhone. All models are welcome, but some of the older models may not have all the modes available. PLEASE CHARGE YOUR PHONE BEFORE YOU BRING IT TO CLASS!
