Instructor: Candy DeJesus

In this class you will learn how to make traditional Spanish dishes and have dinner ready for your family at the end of each class session.  Class 1 will be Spicy Shrimp with Coconut Grits or Coconut Riced Cauliflower.  Class 2 is Fried Fish Tacos with Salsa Verde and Black Beans with Yellow Rice or Cauliflower Rice.  In class 3, we will make Chicken Breast stuffed with Spinach and Feta Cheese over Garlic Basil Pata.  When you enroll, you will be sent a supply list for each class session.  Do you have special dietary requirements?  Candy will help you make substitutions in the recipes.  Make Wednesday night Spanish Night at your house!
