Judge’s Comments:  Jack Brook’s photography "Carhenge" is the result of a very patient and ardent observer to capture such an outstanding photograph at the precise moment of impact. The image draws the viewer into a mistakenly imaginary world only to realize it is real. The excellent high contrast of content and light is hypnotic as the lightening bolts are captured momentarily illuminating the encircled sculptural forms.
